I called in because I was having issues with a floating floor growing mold in a residential property. Even though SILegacy doesn't bid residential projects, Jim, the sales rep, took time to speak with me and educate me a bit about the situation I was encountering and gave a referral for someone that would be able to help. I was really impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness!
I used SI Legacy Flooring and I am so glad I did! I wanted to makeover my salon floors. I know I had a massive request because a previous company failed miserably and I had many others try and talk me into other floors. These guys CRUSHED IT! They were honest, did a beautiful demo and the salon is stunning! They were always on time, stayed true to their word and communicated through out the process.
