This office is an absolute joke. My daughter was referred here for severe hearing loss. They put her through several hours of tests at the beginning of November. Test results were supposed to take a few weeks but as of the end of January, they still hadn't called. We called back and they scheduled an MRI. Again, the results were supposed to take a couple of weeks. We saw the results hit my daughter's portal and gave them a month to follow up. No phone call at all. I left several messages and never received a phone call back.... read more
Dr. Chen did my sons cochlear implant surgery after he lost his hearing due to bacterial meningitis. There has never been a time in the last 3 years that we haven’t felt heard, supported and encouraged by Dr. Si Chen. She has gone above and beyond! 10/10 recommend!
No communication efforts between patients. Unacceptable.
Great Doctor and great human. Dr Si Chen is caring and attentive to the needs of her patients.
