Dr. Chen did my sons cochlear implant surgery after he lost his hearing due to bacterial meningitis. There has never been a time in the last 3 years that we haven’t felt heard, supported and encouraged by Dr. Si Chen. She has gone above and beyond! 10/10 recommend!
No communication efforts between patients. Unacceptable.
