I called three times to make an appointment. I was hung up on twice. The one time I got through they told me they would call back and didn't. I spent two hours just trying to get an appointment.
Genuinely one of the worst rheumatologists that I’ve ever had. She doesn’t listen, dismissed my symptoms and tells me to go back to my general provider, even though I tell her that X medication Is causing X symptoms. She didn’t believe me so I had to go back to my primary care doctor and I got a third opinion from my doctor in Southern California. Dr Prashanth is an excellent Dr. Very caring and really makes an effort to listen to and help her patients. I highly recommend her. Also, everyone in her office are very kind, professional and helpful.
