I have been going to victory internal medicine and Dr.Wortman has been my Dr. for many years. I always feel I can reach out to him with my medical concerns and feel better with his confidence. The front desk was able to assist me in getting an appointment and I was seen in a timely manner.
Dr Wortman is a professional and caring Doctor who listens to your concerns. The office is very well run and are attentive to getting you an appointment as soon as possible. Dr Wortman was my Moms Doctor and she just passed away at 100yrs and 8 months. He has my greatest regard as a doctor.
Always a pleasure
I took my dad to see Dr Wortman & he was very clear & thorough. But then I tried to make an appointment for my husband As a new patient & the receptionist could NOT be bothered. She was SO RUDE & dismissive and said that they don't take my insurance, but they in fact, do. When I spoke to a few of my family members and friends who go to this doctor's office, they say that the doctors are great but the receptionists are very rude.
