For the second year in a row, Shwaders has neglected our HOA contract for setting up snow stakes on everyone's property. They made a weak excuse saying they didn't think they were permitted on our property because we mow our lawn in the summer. They are not comfortable with boundaries set by homeowners. Company owner, Wade Vriez, has been punitive towards a home owner who did not want heavy machinery tearing up the yard or putting fertilizer on ground that is already high in phosphorus. Shoddy, sloppy service. Actually trying to mow now after thunderstorm & before the next one arrives in 5 minutes. Who in their right mind would try and mow wet ground with a personal lawnmower let alone a commercial one?? If I was able, I’d do my own. They are more concerned with making money than providing excellent customer service. They promise everything and barely deliver on anything. This company is still in business? Not sure why. We have about 20 homes in our association and we are lucky if they get to us until 12-14 hours have passed on snowfall. One of the worst companies I’ve ever felt with. Grass service about the same. Crappy service. I couldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’m sure they will not get our award after this year. Your company should be ashamed to take money one year with little to no service and then the next year when service is needed you don’t show up. Give up your business. Rating 0... read more
