I am, and have been for the last 5 years or so, very impressed by their level of professionalism and true care they have for their customers. Derek has been wonderful to work with. He has educated me not only on lawn care and snow removal, but what it takes to run a business. The snow blowing portion of their business is just wonderful. They can plow my driveway in about 7 mins and it takes me about 1.5 hours! They also will come back and do ridges if the city hasn't plowed first! That is excellent service! Paid for seasonal snow removal for ‘25-26 season. Had our first snow event and I am blown away by these guys. They send frequent text updates about if and exactly when they will be out plowing. Did not expect that as my previous experience before moving here was absolutely no communication and just not showing up after our only blizzard that year. Not only did they do a perfect job (in the middle of the night) but they came back a second time that day to clear the big ridge from the snowplow. I had also done a lot of shoveli... read more

For the second year in a row, Shwaders has neglected our HOA contract for setting up snow stakes on everyone's property. They made a weak excuse saying they didn't think they were permitted on our property because we mow our lawn in the summer. They are not comfortable with boundaries set by homeowners. Company owner, Wade Vriez, has been punitive towards a home owner who did not want heavy machinery tearing up the yard or putting fertilizer on ground that is already high in phosphorus. Shoddy, sloppy service. Actually trying to mow now after thunderstorm & before the next one arrives in 5 minutes. Who in their right mind would try and mow wet ground with a personal lawnmower let alone a commercial one?? If I was able, I’d do my own. They are more concerned with making money than providing excellent customer service. They promise everything and barely deliver on anything. They weed whack down to the ground and weeds grow up in place of grass. Winter service is just as bad or worse. I don’t know why our HOA ... read more

Very unprofessional communication skills and they do not take accountability for mistakes. I am disappointed with the service and will never use them again.
