Great outdoor atmosphere and bar. The grilled oysters and grit balls are a must-have!
The chargrilled oysters were a HUGE hit with our group!! And the grit balls were awesome!! Our server was Marcie, and she was responsive, helpful and super nice! Excellent experience all around!
The oysters are over priced and the grouper poboy is not actually grouper ......but the shrimp salad was good.

But allow me to reassure you on your two points: Firstly, the price of our oysters, given the higher quality than what you'll find anywhere else, is EXTREMELY comparable. I realize some places may offer oysters at 50 cents apiece, but do you know how long those oysters have been out of the water? You don't. Shux is awesome everytime I go. Never disappointed. Food is always great and service is spectacular. It is a must visit in downtown Pensacola.
Stopped by here on a whim. Char gilled oysters were outstanding. Main dishes were just as good. By far the best bushwhackers in Pensacola! Oh and our bartender / server Alisha was awesome. Can't wait to go back!
The family was looking for a good oyster bar in Pensacola Saturday night before finishing our drive home to Texas. Hands down one of the best oysters we have had. We tried chargrilled with bacon and fried onion straws and all three baked oysters! Can’t go wrong on any of them. Also had a variety of adult beverages to the house Margarita, hurricane and home run. All which were liked a lot and fresh. Margarita was the best with fresh squeezed lime juice! We will be stopping back in every trip to Florida from now on!
The absolute best char-grilled oysters in the world world, period. And pretty awesome Bloody Mary's, too.
