0/10 would not recommend. Terrible experience with Brian, the owner, who is actively misrepresenting his credentials (claiming to be a “Licensed Nutritional Therapist” when he is not - that term does not even exist in the US) as well as practicing things outside of his scope of practice (which he admits to on his own website) and when called out on it, does not care. 0/10 would not recommend. Terrible experience with Brian, the owner, who is actively misrepresenting his credentials and when called out on it, still refuses to take down the misrepresentation. He is not a licensed nutritional therapist.

Has gotten me to the 100# loss mark! (Or really close to it. I’ll get there). Brian cares about the success of his clients. It’s a great program, easy to work with and gives you flexibility.

Best decision I've made for myself in years. I'm finding new energy and better health at an age where most are experiencing the opposite! My A1c is down by two points, I lost 17 pounds, reduced body fat to under 28% and am discovering I love being strong! Thanks to Coach Brian, my best years are ahead!
