Has gotten me to the 100# loss mark! (Or really close to it. I’ll get there). Brian cares about the success of his clients. It’s a great program, easy to work with and gives you flexibility.

Best decision I've made for myself in years. I'm finding new energy and better health at an age where most are experiencing the opposite! My A1c is down by two points, I lost 17 pounds, reduced body fat to under 28% and am discovering I love being strong! Thanks to Coach Brian, my best years are ahead!

This has been such a great program for me that I've signed on for an additional 8 weeks and will continue. Nutrition and fitness are fitted to your long and short term goals, age and health and the coaches are diligent in encouragement, adjustment and when needed, tough love. The daily videos, workouts and goals for mind, body and spirit strengthen the growth and accountability. I've met my short term goals and now am working toward my first Spartan race!
