Satisfied with my two shutters
I WAS NOTIFIED BY EMAIL, SMS AND BY TELEPHONE THAT MY INSTALLATION WAS TODAY BETWEEN 8 AM AND 10 AM SO, I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK CALLED AT 9.30 AM TO CHECK AND THEY SAID THAT THE INSTALLER WILL BE HERE BEFORE 10 AM AFTER A FEW MINUTES, RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THAT THE INSTALLATION WON’T HAPPEN TODAY AS THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT FROM THEIR SUPPLIER !! A FEW HOURS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THAT THEY ARE CANCELLING MY ORDER DUE TO THIS BAD REVIEW AND THE COMPLAINT I MADE TO THEIR OFFICE !!!
