Great hotel right on beach in OBX! Friendly staff, great beds, clean and great AC in room, wonderful walk right to beach, great pool and coffee 24/7! First time guest and we will return!
I just wanted to give a shout out to the unique hospitality I received at Shutters on the Banks. My stay was incredible, early morning coffee, incredible walk out to the beach, excellent and helpful staff. I left three dresses in the hotel after checkout. I had called the hotel a couple times after my checkout to try and retrieve my dresses. Several days later they were found, wrapped in garment bags with a note attached with my name and room number. Clean Hotel, Nice staff. Ocean front, indoor pool, outdoor pool. Outdoor pool only goes to 5'. Didn't look like it was that deep to me since I could easily stand everywhere in pool and it didn't come up to my head. Lol. But still nice. Grands had a LOT of fun in pools. Complementary Breakfast was well stocked. Housekeeping was amazing. Always happy to resupply towels, etc. Quiet room which is important to me. Sleep without noise.
