Both my neighboor and I used Shutters To Go for our homes. I actually recommended Shutters To Go to her. My home's shutters have surpassed my expectations and I got all I paid for and more. My neighbor did have a scratch on one of the shutters, but the repaint was done within days. I highly recommend Shutters To Go, if you have any questions email me.
It is unfortunate that Thomas had a difficult experience, but I find it hard to believe that Raz and the owner, Steve, have not settled this. In fact, I highly doubt this article. Many times people want more and more for after the fact for the same price. It is a strange times. My personal experience was outstanding.
The company's salesman, Raz, gave us a quote for 'North American Basswood' shutters. When the installation guys showed up, we noticed that the shutters were made of MDF. The installation person Luis insisted that shutters were made of real wood. We believed him and made the final payment.
