I agree with the previous customer 100%. After months of unresponsive communication with the company and rep, I finally ordered through another company. It was over 4 months ago that I put a deposit down for shutters but their communication is so poor I could never get answers to my questions and the exact shutter system was never decided upon. My experience with shutter outlet was about as bad as it gets. Unfortunately they do not put customers first. When questions and concerns are raised they just defend their actions and blame the customer. Prices for work were never well communicated. Estimate of when work would be performed was non-existant. They lack basic organization and good business communication. Worst part is when we shared our experience the owner just pointed the finger at us.
