Dr. Jacob is very knowledgeable & professional. She explained everything in layman's terms to help me understand my serious condition & upcoming surgery. She made me extremely comfortable of what to expect before, during and later, my upcoming recovery process. I can't say I look forward to having surgery but I am comfortable with her and knowing it is my only solution to correct my problem. I had bad vibes from you immediately. Your only option was to amputate my finger. You said no hand surgeon out there would touch my hand unless they are a super hero doctor. Turns out after I fired you I found a super hero . You and your receptionist should get on the same page. I was not impressed.
Dr Jacob is wonderful She is smart, knowledgeable and very skilled. With awesome overall patient care! I would refer her to anyone in need of her profession!!!!

Have not even met the doctor. Unimpressed by the so called "patient room" or should I say closet? Not a single thing medical item in here except hand santitzer and a so called bed/table. Not a great impression so far of Dr. Jacobs. Makes me want to leave. They collected our money before we have yet to see the doctor.
