The entire build process with Shurm was enjoyable. The whole team is excellent, but I have to give a notable shoutout to Anna in the design center and Travis our project manager. Both were incredible to work with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful as first time home buyers/builders. We were fortunate to buy into our community when there were still open lots, which allowed us to pick a floor plan, exterior design, and interior design. We were excited about moving to Ashland, VA. We decided to look at a new home because of the cost of remodeling an older home. We looked at a sample home and the floor plan and we knew this was it for us. While building Travis, the construction manager was our contact as the house was built and after we moved in. We love our new home! The process from start to finish was extremely efficient and exciting for us! We had several independent professionals tell us the quality of our home was top notch. Huge shout out to the project manager Travis. He was there for us every step of the way! Days, nights and weekends! Thank you for making our first new build such a positive experience!
Travis was great every step of the way. He kept us informed on any situations that arose and continued to check in with us even after we moved in. His attention to detail was fantastic.
