Do not buy from Shurm! We purchased a home from them about 4 years ago and have been fighting them ever since about a floor issue. They claim is it cosmetic when in fact they installed our floor trusses UPSIDE DOWN!
So far so good, a truly fine oiled home building machine. For today’s standard their very good all the way around, we close in a week so technically the jury’s still out but I see no reason or red flags to indicate anything but a grand slam, I’m very satisfied so far. 16 months update: we have been in our home now 16 months, we had our one year walk through 4 months ago , just natural little stuff,nothing big.
