The staff was able to answer every single question I had. It was clear that everyone was trained in the methodology of acupuncture, even if they would not be performing the treatments. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
