Outstanding/past due invoices for November 2025 visits remain unpaid despite repeated follow-ups and our willingness to accept a payment plan. Communication has been poor, and the agency has refused to provide billing department contact information to help resolve the matter. Even asked to speak to Admin, and no one got back to us.
I cannot recommend this company enough. The caregiver that helped me through my recovery was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my care needs, but was a pleasure to be around every day. Definitely made the whole recovery process much easier and helped me stay positive.
