I retained Phillip Worsham with Shurlaw on 5/17/22. I didn't know that he was only employed with the firm for 2 months. He was inexperienced & unknowledgeable about Family Law. He overcharged for several items & charged for things that he shouldn't charge for & that could not be verified. My fiancé & I brought that to the owner's attention & nothing was done. I worked with attorney Marisa Dyson, who was quite friendly while she had my retainer, but otherwise rude once my case was closed. I reached out after my case was closed about a matter that I had documentation should have been taken care of while my case was open. She rudely told me to contact the court myself, even though I paid for these services. Furthermore, in the beginning of my case she continually had me confused with other clients.
