The machine wash is good and gets the main car clean but the prewash they missed a majority of the lower part of my car on all sides leaving me with a half dirty car still.

It's ok...it's a fast service but I think they rush your car out a little too much ... so you don't really get your money worth paying for the premium price
Usually they do a good job but today was terrible. I have shinny tires but that is it. Car was not vacuumed out, dash and center console were not wiped down, smudged windows, door jams wet and now I have water spots all over my black car. Looked better before I washed it!
Open late costing me half an hour of business loss wages when they finally got here rude inconsiderate and did a horrible job.
