We purchased a counter top through Shur-Form for our laundry room. The countertop arrived defective and after several calls to the company, and having to return calls because they did not follow up as promised, they delivered a new support beam for the bottom of the countertop. My contractor had to install the support beam free of charge because Shur-Form refused to reimburse him for his labor.
