SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!!!! Shuping Travel service booked a Mission trip for me for 8 people. All was great until the US Scare and AA merger. Our flights were cancelled and not protected in the merger. Laurie went to work and spent hours on the phone to get re-booked. All was fine again until two days before the trip and all were completely changed without notification to her or any of us. She spent 9 hours on the phone to get tickets for us.
