I was wrong I actually called and talked with a service manager that was on call, yes folks a real person that actually works and managed the business. They charged my wife while I was out of town $193.00 for a part I could have bought locally for $13.00. In total she was charged $302.00 to replace a $13.00 part. I will give them an A+ on speed they were out quick so they could rip her off and run. Buyer beware of this company
