It took the majority of the day to install our ventilated ceiling. They did a good job with little disruption to our daily lives but I did have to call back for clarification concerning an area near a light fixture that at first didn’t look as secure as it should have been. After the follow-up, everything was handled well and the system is working well.
I assumed it was going to be a straightforward install of my new AC unit but the technician noticed a wiring problem that he took care of before he started. It took most of the afternoon, but everything is now working properly and efficiently.
I was expecting a simple fix and the engineer confirmed my guess of a bad capacitor and replaced it in an hour. There was no need for a follow up after this visit as there was with the others. Since then the system has been functioning smoothly.
After a subpar experience with another contractor, this time the technician arrived promptly and efficiently serviced my HVAC system in just under an hour. He explained that the minor issues he found could lead to bigger problems if left unchecked, which I appreciated hearing upfront.
Honest and skilled technicians. They fixed our AC unit quickly after another company couldn't figure it out. The pricing was fair, and the service was excellent. We are definitely customers for life now.
