It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to be sure my experience wasn't clouded by my mourning the passing of my dad. My family has used W.T. Shumake for many years and from the outside looking in they'd always been very professional. However, after working closely with Gayle I would not want to use her for the services for another loved one. I wanted my dad's funeral to be exceptional and that meant very little room for error.
