During the pandemic of 2020, I was lucky enough to establish a partnership with Shuma Sports. Over these past few years, they have given nothing short of quality products to me and my team. The representatives of Shuma and management are absolutely amazing. If I could give 20 stars to this business, I would!
I am the worst coach to deal with when it comes to vendors and I have used a lot over 25+ years, but there is no other company (big or small) that compares to Shuma Sports in customer service and reliability. Zach and company are second to NONE. They are honest and do not pass blame, nor do they make promises they cannot fulfill. From art requests to searching for sizes/colors/styles to find availability, I will only change apparel vendors if they change names. Shuma Sports is incredible.
Terrible. Don’t know how they are still in business. Better off getting from China. The apparel is always late or on back order. The price for the quality doesn’t align and the sizing is so inconsistent from year to year. I got an XL that is the size of XXL or bigger. Take your business elsewhere or you will regret using them. My order (4724435) says it will be delivered on Saturday, landing in 4-5 weeks from when the "shop window" closed and the day before our first event.
