No one wants you here. Best to stay in Knoxville with your uppity attitude. I'm sorry I ever trusted these people with my precious children. They require vaccines, tell you how wrong you are if you co-sleep safely (instead of educating on safe co-sleep, or discussing it with first time parents who need help when they get zero sleep without co-sleeping) and once when I brought my 1 year old in I was told my 1 year old was too rambunctious. The whole staff is great. This is our first baby so we are new to everything and they have been great about explaining what is happening and how we can help our baby be as healthy as possible. The artwork is amazing too. Our baby loves to stare at it during our visits!
The best pediatrician office we’ve ever experienced. Never a long wait, always clean, knowledgeable and friendliest staff/ nurses/ doctors. All around wonderful experience.
All of the staff is so caring! On our first newborn visit they had a sign welcoming our little one to the office. Any time I have a question-they are always prompt to answer any questions via phone within MINUTES. Sarah Thompson, NP and Dr. Shults are so caring and take their time with you to go over the details of well visits and sick visits. I would recommend this office to anyone with a little one!
