They've taken care of my daughter since she was a newborn. The staff and doctors are kind and attentive and respond to any questions sent to them within the hour! Never had such good service in healthcare

EDIT: The office manager had called me less than an hour after I made this review Thursday. I explained what happened, & since I had another appointment check up, for our 1st born, today, I decided to wait & see what happened. I was very pleased with how they took my concerns seriously, & were very understanding about what I voiced. I’m very impressed, & have since changed my mind to switch practices. they are great and very sweet to my child. they very good with the time frames and i can get my child in there with in the day most of the time. ive never had a problem with them and they make my child feel like home and she never worries anymore when she goes in. she also loves the stickers and lollipops she gets. thank you so much for the care of my child

We've switched pediatricians a couple times. I loved our first, but she, unfortunately, took a break from practicing. I struggled with the second one, and now we're with Shults. The times I've been to see them, they've been great! I tried to get vaccine records sent in to a daycare, and some had mysteriously not been sent over from the first pediatrician.
