Worst service experience of all time. The car dropped off on 9.3.24 and picked up on 3.18.25. Do not use this business. My son purchased a 2017 Mustang in 2018 a cash sale. The engine was having problems, and we had it towed in on 9/3/24, for which we let them know the car would be arriving. There was zero communication per phone records until I initiated contact on 10/17 and learned our advisor's name was Andy. Shults Lincoln is exceptional when it comes to Lincoln's, maintenance and customer service. The staff members are friendly, respectable and to be commended. As a 2024 Candidate for President, consumer protection means a lot to me. As a sit waiting to have my car inspected, I was comfortable knowing that I wouldn't be exploited charging me for things I didn't need. They met my expectations!
