Very friendly service, until you question them or get upset… then they began to treat my mom with less professionalism. However, when we went to pick up the vehicle, my mom had nearly fainted and the staff rushed to get her a chair and were very kind and helpful! One complaint I have is that they always under quote a job (this time by almost $2k) and they told us about 3 days to change an engine but never told us there would be a 3 week wait first.

My very first-ever experience buying a brand new car. The entire staff, from reception, to sales, to service are all knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. I never felt pressured to buy and test drove more than one car, more than once. I really liked the welcoming atmosphere, the car, and the warranties are beyond compare.
