I didn’t want to do this but it’s been 2 years and I’ve been patient since 2023 when I bought my SUV from the Wexford SHULTS FORD/LINCOLN and immediately had it back to them within 2 weeks to get a severally damaged STRUT fixed…per my local Firestone. THANK GOD I bought the extended warranty! THEN Within the Next 2 weeks the truck stopped reversing (and moving period) and was stuck in my driveway, because the TRANSMISSION WENT! I don’t know why I never enjoy going to this place, even though I come here often to buy parts for my car maintenance. The staff, unfortunately, are some of the worst I’ve dealt with. The cashier lady, in particular, seems to have no idea what “customer service” means — she’s extremely rude. Every time I come here, they just manage to ruin my mood. I will prefer to drive 30 minutes rather than this place.
