Chase in the service department in West Mifflin was rude and unprofessional after telling me Friday that the part for my car would be here Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I called to ensure the part was there before I left work, he said yes, only for me to arrive and the part was never ordered, when I questioned him as to why I would be told the part was there he became a smart ass. Needed an oil change and inspection. I didn't know how long it would be they took me home and picked me up. Everything was done quickly. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Great service!
