Great service experience!
Bought a used vehicle with a 3 month 3,600 warranty. Also bought extended warranty. Had issues 2 weeks in. After 3 service visits from transmission and electrical issues on top of engine burning 3 qts of oil in 4 weeks and saying they "fixed it" or "we dont hear it" multpile times, I traded that vehicle back to them at a huge loss despite multiple attempts to "make it right". While cleaning out old vehicle, saw "sold as is" marked on the tag of the truck.
Shults Ford’s service that comes to you is a great service. The technicians are punctual and friendly. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them. All 3 had recall work that needed done. They came to the house to do the work. Not needing to go into the shop and wait for the work to be done was so convenient.
