Terrible experience from the day I inquired about getting a new vehicle. I've never been to a dealership where they didn't care If they sold you a vehicle or not. I wanted numbers to see if monthly payments would fit my budget well enough Apparently that's a issue. Absolutely horrible experience trying to buy a truck at Ed Shults. First off they had raised the online price $2000 and tried lying about until I pulled out the price sheet that they have already given me. Secondly the salesman Torrey Johnson was completely unprofessional. Had an attitude right from the start when I challenged him about the price increase. He pretty much called me a liar.
