My husband and I purchased a used vehicle here — our first time buying from a dealership — and it was a disaster from start to finish. The car had serious issues: worn brakes, visible scratches, and other signs of neglect. Despite this, the dealership refused to negotiate the price, claiming they don’t haggle. Worst car dealership experience I’ve ever had will never buy a car from shults in the process of us buying a car our salesman Dan left us at his desk while he started selling a car to someone else and left us sitting there walked up to him to get help so we could finish the purchase and he ignored me. Ended up walking out and drove down the street and bought a car within an hour of driving off the lot

Made an appt to look at a truck. They sold it out from under us hours before our appt and never called us to let us know. We had check in hand and we were ready to buy. Wasted our gas driving there. Salespeople are so disorganized. Bad look. Very upsetting. Do better!
