My 19 year old sister took her car in for service only because it was a dealer only repair. Was told to return at another time for pick up. Pretty easy instructions except when she returned, at said time, nobody acknowledged her for 15 minutes in the building. Sales and service both walked past and made eye contact without saying a word.
