Months of delays followed by personal insults from the owner. I first contacted this company in October, and it was a red flag from the start. It took a full month just to get an initial estimate because Ed, the owner, repeatedly reached out with excuses to reschedule. Once we finally moved forward, the pattern of deflection continued.
