My daughter's appointment have been rescheduled 3x. And the last visit was scheduled with a provider that wasn't even in the office. When speaking to the office manager she refused to give my any names to contact or her manager. Also, when I voiced my concerns cause my daughter would be out of medicine, she had the nerve to loudly laugh. I wouldn't suggest this office for anyone that truly needs psychiatric help, especially not adolescents!!!!!!!!!!

I never got around to seeing the doctor. I was not able to get past the front desk and the thin, white-haired lady with glasses at the front desk who tried to make me pay for services that were fully covered by my insurance. My insurance provider tried to call to intercede on my behalf but kept getting the answering service. I then tried to get the lady at the front desk to speak with my insurance provider on my cell phone and she refused. Very rude and uncaring. Don’t go here!

Doesn't seem to understand some basic English. She spends little time with her patients and seems to go off what her staff tells her and doesn't think for herself. She splits her time between a private practice, monarch, and a crisis center. This results in her assessments being wrong. She also is very negative in her viewpoints towards her patients and doesn't seem to think they are capable of much. I recommend you go to another physician in Gastonia for psychiatry.

Officr staff very rude & treats everyone as if they ate a drug addict seeking drugs. For 2 years I waited over an hour for every appointment but the actual appointment always took less than 5 mins. I think this practice keeps patients on medication longer than they should for money!

I would highly reccomend Dr.N. Shukla to anyone
