Show was fine; customer service and the "non reservation" part very stressful when you are coming with 14 people and the guy handling the front counter needed more coffee; rude! We didn't even know it came with "free ice-cream cones" at the end, as they took both our tickets! I think I deserve a gift card back for ice cream after paying $70.00!!!

Hi Brenda, Thanks for choosing Shuffle's. You must have misunderstood...ice cream is not and has never been included in our $5 kids magic show ticket. Frequently, we'll have a group where one person carries the tab for the group, which may appear as ice cream being given. We have very specific reasons for not taking reservations for our kids show, including keeping the cost as affordable to everyone as possible at $5. Love this place.. A best kept secret for good ice cream, comedy magic, little magic store off to the side, nice sized stage behind the counter...family friendly with a cool black and white decor! : )
I have come here many times and I love it. It is so original and unique. Awesome place for a family outing. Ie cream is so good and so is the magic. The owners are so kind and honest.

Fabulous new place to relax, feel good, be entertained and have a nice treat. The Pumpkin with no added sugar was a nice not unhealthy treat! The magic is fun and a nice accoutrement!
