I was supposed to move in to Seaboard Oaks Apt on the westside on July 6, 2019, but when I went for my walkthrough the apt was filthy and needed repairs. I had to move in with my friends and put my belongings in storage. Shucom Properties will not return my money even though I did not move in ( see attached photos) This place is a complete dump!

You may save money on rent but you’ll overpay in your monthly water bill at Castille Court. You will also need to double as an investigator and plumber.
The so called owner of this company is so unprofessional it’s unimaginable, I literally did not believe the conversation I was having with this man. Not to mention that you can call all day long and no one never answers the phone and when he finally returned my call, I couldn’t believe that business man would actually speak to you in the manner that he did with me it was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company.
