We had some tricky plumbing issues. Wasn't sure who to call so we contacted Shubitz mostly because the owner is our neighbor (although I'm not sure we have ever actually met). Very friendly and competent person answered the phone and we made an appointment. Chris (not the owner), was a respectful, kind, and very competent man who showed up exactly on time. Needed a plumber called and got a fast ...fair response. I would recommend them.
Not impressed.
Called to get an estimate and talked through our job over the phone... scheduled a time and came out the same week. We needed cleaning and other service on our kitchen faucet as we had no hot water pressure and a very old house (built in 1901). Chris came out and it turned out was going to be more complicated than originally thought; however, he gave suggestions and plan of action. Called for an estimate to rough the plumbing in on a small family home. I sent Derek my house plans and discussed with him what I needed done, that was three weeks ago today. I have not heard a word back from him or anyone at this company. I called the office three times toward trying to get the estimate or any other information and nobody answered.
