Absolutely horrible experience. The place is unsanitary, and during my service a roach literally fell from the ceiling—disgusting. The owner was incredibly rude, embarrassed me in front of everyone, and ended up ripping off half my eyebrow. It was painful, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. I left upset and would never go back.
I just had the worst experience of my life here i went for eyebrow wax and this lady choppe my eyebrow off and tried to say i came into her business with 2 bushy eyebrow came out with 2 messed up eyebrows and instead of getting an apology for their mistake i received an attitude and yells from the lady fighting me about how she choped my hairs off i said i would not pay and she called security i felt so embarrassed i went home crying and with an eyebrow messed up 😭and on top of everything i still had to pay and received not... read more
Very bad experience. The owner was rude and disrespectful, and I felt I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. She charged me $20 instead of the listed $15, and when I asked about it she questioned if I could even afford to pay, which felt humiliating. Overall, it was an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.
I never leave reviews but this time I’m making an exception after having such a bad experience here. I went in to have my eyebrows waxed and the lady there waxed them off super thin after I had stated I only wanted a clean up. I waited for 30 mins to get my eyebrows waxed and I regret it so much never had that happened before anywhere else after stating I only wanted a CLEAN UP.
I was in town for a graduation and needed my eyebrows threaded. Bhumi did a wonderful job. The perfect arch!
