Best HVAC company around. Ezra is top notch!
Called them and no one answered for an hour. Understand on a weekend. Then they called back and the guy said "thanks for calling at this time, I have a wedding to pay for". But they have no problem reaching out a day later for the bill.
The guy was here maybe 20 mins and snaked the sink and made it even worse we had to call another company and then we still got charged $150 for 20 min and made it to where it wouldn't drain at all. Definitely do not recommend especially for the price they charge.
We can't say enough great things about the service we receive from Shubert Heating & AC. Anytime we've called, they've had a service person at our house within an hour. We have an older Heating and AC unit and call roughly 1-2x per year for the past 5 years, whether it was heat/cooling and they always fixed the problem right away. We’ve known we’ve needed a new unit for some time now and we always go the “temporary fix” route just wanting to get by for the season.
