Experience at Shayb dental. Was a delight. The doctor was excellent. The techs are wonderful, Always a smile on there face.
I was treated as a person, not just a customer. They explained what they were doing and why, providing a 3D view of my teeth and gums. Everyone was friendly.
We recently visited this dental office as new patients and the appointment itself was wonderful. The dentist, hygienist, and clinical staff were kind, professional, and made the visit very comfortable. Based on that experience alone, we would have happily continued care here. Unfortunately, the experience afterward with billing raised serious concerns. After our visit, the office sent an Explanation of Benefits outlining the charges and patient responsibility.
