A hidden gem in the SW burbs. Great sushi, consistently. After moving from Naperville we were worried about finding good sushi. Problem solved with Shu's. We've been going there for 4.5 years and it's always great. Update:We've been going here for 8 years, every since we moved to the area. Very good sushi!!! And it's still very good. But apparently there's new owners and alcohol is no longer served. No beer, no wine, no sake, and no more sake-tini, my wife's favorite. Been going here for years and love the place. Went yesterday and sign on the front door reads “temporarily not serving alcohol”. Hostess said the place was sold and new owners stopped alcohol service based on their religious beliefs. Not a huge deal for us as food was still good but may not appeal to those who want a cocktail, beer, wine, or sake with their meal. Maybe they’ll change their minds on this.
THEY NO LONGER SELL ALCOHOL!! Hope this decision doesn’t cause them to close due to lack of dine in customers
The food and the service here was very nice. Really enjoyed my time here
