Shu’s Flowers is exceptional!! We had them prepare flower arrangements for an engagement dinner and they turned out so lovely, and the team was very nice to work with!!
Great experience! The attendee, Angy, was mindful of my budget and made an effort to make sure I was happy with the bouquet. She asked for color scheme and flower types. Cannot recommend this place enough! The flowers are slightly pricey but SO worth it.

I' am very disappointed with the customer service. I received a terrarium as a birthday gift, purchased from this shop, with a value of around $300. In less than one year, the terrarium’s lighting system stopped working, and the plants began to deteriorate as a result. I visited the store three separate times trying to resolve this issue. I ordered flowers from here for Valentine’s Day and have never been so disappointed with a purchase. All of the flowers that were supposed to beautiful were browning, wilting, and drooping all down. It was an expensive arrangement and not at all worth the money. Even the greenery was drooping and hanging over the sides on the first day they came in. Very disappointing experience
