I have tried calling their office several times but they don’t pick up. Whenever I call they put my phone call on hold or leave it on voice mail. Very rude of them . I wouldn’t have even given one star .
I called to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone, not sure of her title, kept on sighing, like I was bothering her. I just couldn't believe it. I did mention to her - very politely - that I don't want to be a patient there, due to her rudeness. I can see why employers are replacing some humans with AI- At least sigh without me hearing it.. lol
