Again in May my appointment was cancelled. The new June appointment was not confirmed by the office for the new appointment date for June. No confirmation, no appointment and I've been having an issue with my blood pressure spiking. Again now when my dentist ask me if I have seen my doctor, I have to say No. It is hampering my continued completion of dental care. I'm just tired and giving up on if I'll ever return to being care for properly if I stay at this medical center. It is very frustrating.
the nursing staff is very friendly and helpful; the doctors are the issue. Except for my PCP he is the only one that is in the office 5 days a week, my other doctors are part time, and I have to travel to their locations if I want an appointment. And referrals you can forget it unless it's to see one of their doctors.
This place gets a minus! They refuse to hear the truth!
They got my name into their system and refused to let go! For years they insisted they were in network when the doctor was not. Various people associated with the Fort Myers location would occasionally call me, no matter how many times I explained it! Yesterday, I got a mock certified letter from them. They are still trying to force their way into my life.... STOP!!!
Years ago, I went into the Fort Myers location on a special marketing offer. After that day I tried to confirm that the doctor they were trying to set me up with was actually in-network. They kept telling me she was and they kept calling me to schedule an appointment. However, my (major) insurance company kept telling me she (the doctor) was not registered with them and she needed to fill out a form and submit it to them. This place is a HIGHLY unprofessional workplace. The front desk, including the supervisor, is ridiculously unprofessional. The work environment is toxic. DO NOT WORK HERE. The supervision is extremely unprofessional as they gossip with their employees about the other employees. They DO NOT abide by their company values (love, accountability, and passion) because their staff is severely beneath these morals. They all gossip and talk about each other behind their backs. I wouldn't even bring my grandmother here.

Everyone is very caring and interested in my health. The doctors or nurse practioners don't make me feel rushed. They sit down and ask the questions that matter. The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I love Dedicated.
SUCKS AND THEY DO NOT CARE FOR SENIORS AND DISABLED VETERANS AND THEIR WIFE.
