This shop went above and beyond! Very helpful and kind! Drove my car an hour to get looked at, needed to go to the Subaru dealership - By this time I was already home an hour away and Shrum’s was kind enough to get my car there first thing in the morning! Very grateful for them and would recommend!
Shrum's took great care of me and my vehicle!! Sam was a great owner to deal with! They don't typically work on my kind of vehicle but he made an exception and everything was taken care of in a timely fashion! 10/10 recommend!!!
This place is by far the worst place to take your vehicle. Sam is one grumpy old dude the people that work there must constantly be on the devils lettuce they are space cases!! I took my vehicle in for a leak and ended up "needing" to replace more then needed! I was jokingly telling sam " what next am I going to have transmission problems" and all the sudden my tcase went out. I've been going to Shrum's now for about 1 year, and they know what they are doing over there, They have always got the issue, what ever it maybe. And they are friendly and get to the point. Just how it should be.
