The service is terrible. Shroyer’s has a rule posted in large print stating that documents (registration, title, and license) must be provided before a vehicle can be released, with no exceptions. However, they don't follow this rule!!! Our damaged car was at Schroyer’s, and we arranged for another towing company to pick it up. Needed a rim for Ford Flex 2015. To replace one bent on rear! New 325.00 looked for sources all over the internet for used. Found Stroyer with a rim and made call-email- Gentleman very courteous and knowledgeable explaining price shipping fee etc and how to make sale on line! Made the purchase and 48 hours later it arrived at door boxed (did not expect that service) 11 days before Christmas! Thank you for excellent customer service!

Recently purchased HV Battery for one of my hybrid vehicles from these guys, went 4 hours out of my way for one of the riskiest parts to buy on a used market. I was pleasantly surprised by the turn around, they promised a couple of days to get the part out, instead it took 2 hours and I got the call back from Curtis saying it’s ready, excellent work, never mind the fact that the battery was much better priced and in an ideal condition, and most importantly work perfectly! Thanks again!
We had to get rid of a car and they were able to quote us over the phone. Within an hour we left the car with them and a check in our hands!
