If you are looking for a place that feels friendly and safe where you can let down your guard I do believe this is the place for you. Dr. Chad Brock was very polite and easy to be around. However if you are looking for a place that cares about you and your situation then I highly recommend you go somewhere else because that same polite energy might make your situation deeply worse. I have been a patient here for many years, and the ladies in the office are very polite, the Doctor and the Apprentices/Assistants are very welcoming and knowledgeable. There's been a few times where I have had to wait for my script to be called in, but only a day or so. I do wish I didn't have to go every month, especially being such a long time patient. I’ve been coming here for over two years and I am so disappointed with my visit today. I walked in today and one of the three office receptionists was on the phone (she’s always friendly) the other two didn’t acknowledge my existence. The blonde that was hunched over at the desk with her head in her hand said “you’ll have to wait a minute” without ever looking at me. I have been seeing Dr. Brock for over 6 years with phenomenal results. The staff here are friendly and helpful. I honestly can't believe that I'm just now leaving a review.
0 Stars they practioner I saw literally talked a whole lot of non sense took 350.00 and basically just stole my money this has been about 3 months ago and it bothers me deeply that a supposedly professional would do that, I'm going to try and find the lady I saw and I'll get back to y'all, JUST UNACCEPTABLE AND CRAP SERVICE ITS RIGGED PAY FIRST GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO FALLS FOR IT
