The psychiatrist may have meant well, but he seemed unfamiliar with respectful, current language for discussing LGBTQ+ families. The way he referred to our family made me question whether he would be able to provide objective, affirming care. I was shocked, embarrassed, anxious, and deeply disappointed by my experience with Shrink Savannah. After being a patient there for four years, I expected basic professionalism and respect. Instead, I was treated in a way that was careless, dismissive, callous and completely unacceptable. For the most part, my care had been routine and uneventful. We recently had some testing for our teen students this summer, bringing me to Savannah 6 times. Dr. Nagelberg was fantastic!! Even my girls commented positively about the meetings. Highly recommend his services!

Shrink is the absolute best! I’ve been here for years&they’ve been my lifeline! The NP Ms.Tiffany Nutter is my godsend.She takes such good care of me&I am so grateful to have her&the entire team at Shrink! Also they send reminders of my appt.several x’s leading up to the day b4.Which for my ADD is key cuz I 4get everything! Office is gorgeous&they run a beautifully tight ship!

Was scheduled for an appointment at 10:00 and left the house at 9:10. At 9:30 I realized I was tracking to arrive late due to a vehicle fire on the freeway, so I called and asked about the grace period, specifically stating if we weren’t able to be seen we would save ourself the drive. I was told there was a 15 minute grace period.
