I have been a patient here for many years, and the ladies in the office are very polite, the Doctor and the Apprentices/Assistants are very welcoming and knowledgeable. There's been a few times where I have had to wait for my script to be called in, but only a day or so. I do wish I didn't have to go every month, especially being such a long time patient. Shrink Savannah has the most awesome staff and providers I have EVER experienced. I have worked in healthcare over 20 years and they have a one of a kind practice that you just don’t get in today’s healthcare. I know patient care is their #1 priority. While it can be sometimes difficult to initially establish one’s self in a practice as a patient, I find Shrink Savannah a breath of fresh air. Dr. Chad Brock is a kind, personable psychiatrist who is on the cutting edge of new treatments for depression. I have been a patient since 2022. After having limited success with medications and talk therapy over many years, I became interested in Ketamine therapy.
