I would like to give a big shout out to Shriner Building Company in Beavercreek! Dave and his group of guys have the most patience, are understanding and have put up with me more than I could have ever wished for in a builder. I have never had to build a house from scratch and the learning curve has been hard. But Dave has been there the whole time, helping me through it all. Never getting mad or irritated at my never ending questions. They do great work and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
My husband and I came into the start of our dream with a set of junk blue prints, and a dream. Upon meeting with Dave he was honest and to the point and said if we’re serious, he’ll handle it from here... and that’s exactly what he did. We are so thankful for him and his knowledge. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He took a piece of paper of what we needed for ourselves, my mother and our 4 children and turned it into reality.
