Customer service has been terrible lately. It used to be really good, but this time, both the service and the food were disappointing. Order 10 items for catring . After pick up one item had bad smell become bad taste . Rest 9 items was good. One vegetable subji was bad. Before pick up open all trays and check and taste on spot. Later you complain no one listing.
I had catering at two of my events recently from Shriji Catering and both times the service was exceptional. Everybody enjoyed the food a lot. Both times I had them deliver to Niagara region and delivery was on time and food was delivered fresh. I would highly recommend Shriji for any type of events you are looking to host.
