I was a patient who had a post and build up for a crown this past June 2025. Mold, etc was done. On my way out I was told I would be called when the crown was in. I waited 6 weeks and heard nothing. I called several times and left several messages. When I finally got through, I was told they had not received my crown back from their lab yet. 2 weeks later I called again and was told the information regarding my crown was never submitted to their lab!!!
