**Edited** I hate to do this because I genuinely liked Dr Shah, back when I wrote my first review. I guess things change. To make a long story short; needed root canal. Started the first part and was in more pain after than before. Waited several days, in agonizing pain and called Dr. They brought me in. They handed me the swab to numb the area. Dr started numbing my mouth with the needle. The pain was so bad. He was getting frustrated with me because I kept jumping from the pain and not raising my left hand as instructed. E... read more

Edit: great experience today I am currently sitting in their reclining dentist chair. Dr. Shah just completed a filling repair on my molar. I was brought back from their waiting room within minutes and Dr. Shah and his team did a great job. The "bite" feels great and the whole procedure took just minutes, but not in a rushed way. It felt like it was done promptly in an efficient-use-of-time kind of way. Staff was very kind as always. Getting on the schedule does not take long at all anymore. Edit: I am currently in their waiting room with 5 other patients. I've been waiting here for over an hour and other patients were already waiting then I arrived and are still waiting. The sign at the front desk says in bold, capital letters "PARKING: USE DENTAL PARKING LOT FOR PARKING." Yet when I arrived, all the spots were filled except for the handicap spot. I understand waiting is normal for an appointment but over an hour is not reasonable. seems they are beyond double-booking and unable to handle the volume of patients... read more
