Dr. Desai is very experienced and caring. Listens and asks follow up questions to ensure understanding of my medical needs. Staff is very professional and welcoming. All the Inova doctors I have seen and their respective staff have been lovely. It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Desai and the staff (as I call them angels - without them we wouldn't exist).
Can’t book appointment for under a month out. Rescheduled two days prior to appointment - soonest available to two weeks later. Previous appointments did not go well. Did not feel she listened and considered holistic health, seems like she’s only treating symptoms. Had to see other doctors to be seen due to availability and she did not review / respond to charts. Do not recommend as a healthcare provider. They need less patients so they can actually provide quality care.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE; totally unprofessional NP or PA to the doctor. Treats elderly patients badly, have absolutely no manners over the phone or in person. we never see the doctor herself. we are switching our mothers primary care. Absolutely unacceptable service for a primary care provider.
I recently went to see Dr. Shreya Desai, and it was awesome! She really listened to me and understood everything I was going through. She's so good that I even brought my mom to see her, and, Dr. Desai really took the time to understand all of my mom's health stuff too. She explained everything really clearly and gave us easy-to-follow instructions. Plus, her staff is super friendly and professional. We're definitely sticking with her for all our family's healthcare needs!
i had a video call with her and they way she talked to me and my sister was so rude i didn’t go to the next appointment she was so rude throughout the video call
