I made a reservation to rent a back pack leaf blower and when I went to pick it up today the store associate couldn’t get it to turn on after a few tries and said ‘’oh well, I Guess go inside for a refund”.... YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE THE EQUIPMENT READY TO GO ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAD A RESERVATION A WEEK IN ADVANCE.. this was very disappointing since I drove 20 miles round trip to the store for nothing and I took the day off of work tomorrow to get all the leaves up.. I wasted an hour at Home Depot got what I wanted here in 15 minutes . They loaded it in my car and it cost less here .
